upLVL ran a contest in the month of April for dispensaries – the dispensary with the largest number of completed courses would be the winner of a six-month premium subscription to upLVL. Two runners-up would receive three-month premium subscriptions.

We’re happy to announce these winners today:

These stores get a premium subscription to upLVL’s retail compliance training and certification program, On the Level, for up to 10 employees.

On the Level offers clear and engaging online training in compliance for each of the Oregon license types. Employees take the course, then pass a test to receive a certification in compliance. The certification lasts for 6 months and conveys to the industry and consumers that the dispensary takes regulatory compliance seriously, and is committed to quality products and service to customers.

Tishalee Campudoni, lovingly called Mama Tee by her co-workers, a budtender and manager celebrating her 5th year at Rogue Valley Cannabis this month, gained a lot of confidence and knowledge through the experience. “I absolutely love and enjoy the courses,” Campudoni said. “I use the knowledge to gain better customer service skills, customer retention, and product knowledge.
